Dr. Scott Rollo, Health Promotion Specialist, PSP AWARD: Well-being Award

ABOUT DR. SCOTT ROLLO:

  • Dr. Scott Rollo has shown unwavering commitment to enhancing well-being of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community through innovative programs and collaborations. He has translated broad health and wellness concepts into practical preventive health briefings, workshops and programs. Notably, he developed the Fundamentals of Sleep Package, ensuring accurate information about sleep is widely disseminated. Scott has also led wellness initiatives with the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RCEME), conducting wellness scans and surveys to guide health interventions and provide recommendations to the chain of command.  
  • Scott’s support for collaborative initiatives has broad reach for his team and the military community. His passion for health and wellness inspires those around him, as he turns big-picture ideas into concrete actions. Scott’s dedication to providing up-to-date, evidence-based information ensures the CAF is prepared for optimal operational readiness. His commitment to mental health initiatives, such as the Men’s Mental Health Campaign, has sparked important conversations and made essential resources available, creating lasting positive changes.
